SHIPPING & RETURNS
We can ship almost all of our orders to any destination in the world. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping costs are based on the size/weight of the purchased items and destination. If you have special requests regarding the shipping of your order, please let us know by sending an email to info@Best-Beardcare.com.
Orders over €25 will be shipped for free.

Free shipping is only valid for orders from individuals. Wholesalers are not eligible for coupon, promotion, or free shipping discounts.
All orders in the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. The correct shipping method, including shipping costs, will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.
• All orders in the Netherlands are shipped for free for orders over EUR 25.
• For wholesale orders, we charge a small fee of up to €15 for shipping, depending on the weight and size of the purchased items:

All orders outside of Europe are shipped by DPD, DHL or FedEX unless otherwise stated.
• Orders over €150 will be shipped for free.
• Orders should arrive within 7-18 business days after shipping.
International orders will be shipped with DPD, DHL, Fedex, or UPS depending on the destination, weight, and quantity. Orders outside of the Netherlands will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, depending on customs processing. The correct shipping method and cost will be automatically calculated when checking out. Destinations not shown in the webshop will be handled separately by email.

When shipping your package, you will receive a track & trace code by email after your order has been dispatched. It may take up to 24 hours for the information about your package to be processed.
For orders outside of the European Union, there may be additional costs such as import duties and/or taxes. This means that the buyer is responsible for all additional costs. B2B (Business-to-Business) customers are not eligible for coupons, discounts, promotions, or free shipping.
If you are not satisfied with our product and would like to return it, please contact us through our Contact page and let us know your order number and the reason why you want to return the product. We offer a 30-day return guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Best-Beardcare within 30 days of the date you received the item, if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
- The consumer has 30 days to report a return.
- Afterwards, an additional 14 days to actually return it.
- Refunds will be made within 5 business days of receipt of returns.
Returning an item
Please follow the steps below so that we can process your refund efficiently:
- Send us a message with the reason for the return. This note should include your name, address, and phone number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Ship the package to the address: Goudsbloemstraat 51, 3353XD Papendrecht, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.
- For your protection, we recommend using a registered shipping service.
- For credit card or PayPal purchases, a refund will be credited to your account on the same day we receive the returned item(s). For all other payments, a refund will be issued via the originally used payment method.
You are not responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We will pay for this. To return your item, you can use the return portal. The instructions will be automatically provided to you via email after you have registered a return. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Best-Beardcare cannot be held responsible for goods lost during transport, and we advise to return products by registered mail.
Goods are deemed to have been received in good order after 30 days of receipt. You can return defective/damaged goods for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Replacement products will be sent at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be made via the originally used payment method, minus shipping costs and any costs associated with the crediting procedure. Best-Beardcare cannot be held responsible for goods lost during transport, and we advise to return products by registered mail.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be canceled as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. If you receive the goods and still wish to cancel, please return the products within 30 days after notifying us of the return, if possible in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used. Best-Beardcare cannot be held responsible for goods lost during transport, and we advise returning products by registered mail.
If we have sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days and return the wrong item to us with written indication of the correct information. If you want us to replace the wrong item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or refund the item after it is returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item, and we must have the incorrect item returned before we can investigate it.
Return any incorrect item to the address we will provide you after notification, and we will replace the incorrect item or refund it upon receipt of the returned goods.
Until you return the items to us, you are responsible for safely storing them and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages that are damaged during transport to us. It is your responsibility to package products sufficiently to prevent damage.
If you choose to return items from abroad, the return shipment may be at the sender's expense.
WWe reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) without liability for any damage or costs resulting from, among other things, an incorrect or misleading address or a possible fraudulent transaction. If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be made to the customer in any case.
After the return shipment is received
Once we receive and inspect your return shipment, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days of the notification.
- Personal care products must be unused/sealed in their original packaging for hygienic reasons.
- Products with broken seals cannot be returned.
- If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same replacement product.
- Upon receiving the shipment, we will credit it and if there are any issues, we will contact you immediately.
- Please provide the following information: Order number, full name, phone number or email address, and reason for return.
- Do not send goods back on a cash-on-delivery basis. We will refuse all COD packages.
Damage or incorrect products: If you have received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone and our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged any shipping costs for any errors we make in preparing your shipment.
