8. SHIPPING
We can ship almost all of our orders to any destination in the world. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Shipping costs are based on the size/weight of the purchased items and destination. If you have any special requests regarding the shipping of your order, let us know by sending an email to info@Best-Beardcare.com.

Orders over €25 are shipped for free.
• Orders should arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping.
Free shipping is only valid for orders from individuals. Wholesalers are not eligible for coupon, promotion, or free shipping discounts.

All orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. The correct shipping method, including shipping costs, will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.
• All orders within the Netherlands are shipped for free on orders over €25.
• For wholesale orders, we charge a small fee of up to €15 for shipping, depending on the weight and size of the purchased items:

8.2 INTERNATIONAL
International orders may require 1 business day or more processing time before shipping. Free shipping is only valid on orders from individuals. Wholesalers are not eligible for coupon, promotion, or free shipping discounts.

Europe
All orders in Europe are shipped by PostNL, DPD, DHL unless otherwise stated.
• Orders over €30 are shipped for free to Belgium & Germany
• Orders over €50 are shipped for free within EU ZONE 1
• Orders over €75 are shipped for free within EU ZONE 2

• Orders should arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping for Belgium & Germany.
• Orders should arrive within 5-14 business days after shipping for EU ZONE 1 & 2.

Rest of the world
All orders outside Europe are shipped with DPD, DHL, or FedEX unless otherwise stated.
• Orders over €150 are shipped for free
• Orders should arrive within 7-18 business days after shipping.
International orders are shipped with DPD, DHL, Fedex, or UPS depending on the destination, weight, and quantity. Orders outside of the Netherlands are shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on customs processing. The correct shipping method and cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. Destinations not displayed in the webshop are handled separately via email.

9. TRACKING NUMBER
For package delivery, you will receive a track & trace number by email after your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the information about your package to be processed.

10. CUSTOMS
For orders outside of the European Union, there may be additional costs such as import duties and/or taxes. This means that the buyer is responsible for all additional costs. 11. EXCEPTIONS
B2B (Business-to-Business) customers are not eligible for coupons, discounts, promotions, or free shipping.

12. RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1) When purchasing products, you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 30 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you or a pre-designated representative receives the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Best-Beardcare with all accessories supplied, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
2) If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to notify us within 30 days after receiving the product, by means of the contact form. After we have been notified of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 30 days. You will then receive proof that the delivered goods have been returned in a timely manner.
3) You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 30 days of withdrawal. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipment costs (unless you have received a wrong or defective item). Best-Beardcare cannot be held responsible for lost goods in transit and we recommend the use of registered shipping for returning products.
4) If you have not notified us of your right of withdrawal or have not returned the product to us within the time frames mentioned in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3, the purchase is a fact.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel the products after receiving them, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in their original condition. The full purchase amount will be refunded to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Best-Beardcare is not responsible for lost goods in transit. Therefore, we recommend using registered shipping for returning products.

14. INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If we have sent you the wrong product, you can contact us within 30 days. You can return the incorrect item free of charge and have the option to replace it with the correct item(s) or have your purchase amount refunded. Until the products are returned, you are responsible for the storage and reasonable care of the products. We do not accept liability for returned packages that are damaged during transport. It is your responsibility to package the products properly to prevent damage. Please note that if you choose to return products from abroad, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.

15. DAMAGED ITEMS
You have the right to return defective/damaged items within 30 days. The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We will then offer the opportunity to replace your product(s) or refund your full purchase amount upon receipt of the products. Best-Beardcare is not responsible for lost goods in transit. Therefore, we recommend using registered shipping for returning products.

16. AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are listed on our website, subject to availability. Information about the availability of our products is displayed on the information page of the relevant product. If a product turns out to be out of stock after you have placed your order, Best-Beardcare will inform the buyer by email as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver the items ordered by the buyer within 30 days of notification, the buyer is entitled to cancel the order in whole or in part. In such cases, we will credit the amounts paid by the buyer, less any partial delivery made and the shipping costs incurred, as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the termination of the contract.

17. VAT
All our prices on our website include 21% VAT excluding shipping costs, with exceptions for orders from the EU and outside the EU. If you want to ship an order to an address outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted at checkout. Best-Beardcare's VAT number is: NL003367593B65

18. CUSTOMS
For orders outside the European Union, there may be additional costs such as customs duties and/or taxes. This means that the buyer is responsible for all additional costs. 19. CHILDREN
Best-Beardcare does not sell products for children. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent.

20. UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website regularly for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

21. SAFE USE OF PRODUCTS
It is the complete responsibility of the user to use our products properly and safely. Best-Beardcare takes no responsibility for any conditions or allergic reactions that may result from the direct or indirect use of our products. Natural ingredients may result in slight batch variations.

22. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
1. The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
2. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within 7 days, fully and clearly described, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
3. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will reply within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
4. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
5. In case of complaints, a consumer must first turn to the entrepreneur. If complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer must turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to have his complaint handled by Stichting GeschilOnline (www.geschilonline.nl), whose decision is binding and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. There are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this dispute committee, which the consumer must pay to the relevant committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
6. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.
7. If a complaint is found to be valid by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its option, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

23. DISPUTES
Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply, even if the consumer is resident abroad.
The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.

24. ADDITIONAL OR DEVIATING PROVISIONS
Additional or deviating provisions that are not to the disadvantage of the consumer must be recorded in writing or in such a way that they can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable medium.
